Subscription and Trial Terms. ClairFi Technologies Inc. offers annual subscription of its Clair360 technology and education platform. Subscription fees cover access to the ClairFi technology platform, educational content, and coordination services only. Investment advisory services, where elected, are provided under a separate agreement with ClairAlpha Advisors LLC at separately disclosed fees. Tax services are provided by independent licensed tax professionals at separately disclosed fees. Strategy sessions included with the subscription are educational in nature and do not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice.
